Ireland is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive electronic applicant tracking system capable of managing the entire recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. The system must be highly flexible and fully automated, supporting the facilitation of recruitment competitions and onboarding processes within the agency.
Key requirements include web-based remote access for candidates, HR staff, and interview board members, an intuitive user interface, and an easy-to-navigate recruiter dashboard for managing job postings and tracking candidates through various hiring stages. The system should be accessible via responsive design or a mobile app, enabling candidates to search jobs and apply from smartphones. Role-based security is essential, with differentiated user access for HR staff, line managers, and both internal and external candidates, alongside support for multi-factor authentication and superuser access.
Additional features include user acceptance testing capabilities before live rollout, integration with calendar tools for interview scheduling, optional AI-based functionalities such as a chatbot helpdesk, and a dashboard report builder to monitor key KPIs and metrics. The system must also track and report the source of candidate applications from various channels such as job boards, referrals, and social media. This contract will be for a one-year period.
