DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Fayetteville, North Carolina seeks a vendor to conduct an electrical system support gap analysis and to provide related documentation project services. The selected consultant will be responsible for visiting all substation locations to review and evaluate existing equipment, establishing priorities for development based on completeness and accuracy.

The scope includes collecting information to create a comprehensive equipment list, which will be used to set assessment criteria. A gap analysis of the current Lockout/Tagout procedures and job safety documentation must be performed. Furthermore, the consultant is expected to develop a detailed Gap Analysis Report and a PowerPoint presentation summarizing the analysis, identified criteria, deficiencies, and recommended solutions.
