Owner will not award a project or accept work on subdivisions or owner builds after January 1st, 2026, unless a contractor is qualified and a party to the Contract.
Contractor's ability to be awarded a project after January 1st, 2026, is dependent upon MEA's acceptance of qualifications and execution of the Contract.
