DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive elections mailing and printing services for a three-year contract period. The selected vendor will be responsible for obtaining and securely storing postal supplies from the post office in preparation for election mailings. Facilities, including material handling machines and security procedures, will be subject to inspection by the elections division whenever ballots are present.
The contractor must ensure voter data is managed securely, including safe delivery, sorting according to instructions given by the elections division, and validation against records received and processed. Additionally, the contractor will be required to inkjet print voter information—such as name, address, date, precinct, style, and identification bar codes—on election materials and support the inclusion of additional information fields as required.
