The state is seeking a vendor to provide an Election Night Reporting (ENR) system that is accurate, secure, and easy to use. The system is intended to support the reporting of preliminary election results and provide public-facing access to election data.
Required functionality includes the ability for members of the public to download preliminary and office results in .CSV and .XLS formats from both state results pages and county results pages. The system must also display results in a mobile-optimized format to support access across devices.
The reporting scope includes aggregated ballot contests such as candidate races for federal offices, statewide offices, offices of state concern including state legislative offices, and statewide ballot questions and issues. Questions are due by May 12, 2026, and the anticipated contract term is one year.
