The Rhode Island Board of Elections is seeking a vendor to provide an Election Night Report System capable of producing and displaying primary election results. The system must support labeling results with predefined identifiers and allow for the addition of new labels in the future. It is essential that the displayed results are fully responsive, ensuring usability across both desktop and mobile devices, and that results update automatically as new data becomes available.
Customizability is a key requirement, including options for site colors, images, and the prominent display of the Board of Elections seal. The system must feature the ability to display customizable service disruption messages, and provide functionality for the production of internal test result pages not accessible to the public. A private staging and test environment should be available to the state team for quality control purposes.
Additionally, the solution must enable data deletion in compliance with applicable data retention and privacy standards, and provide export options for results data in both Excel and CSV formats.
