The organization is seeking a vendor to provide an off-the-shelf, externally hosted SaaS eLearning platform and content solution. The selected solution should be configurable to the organization's needs, without requiring custom-built functionality. The vendor will be responsible for supplying, implementing, supporting, maintaining, and providing training for the eLearning platform.
The platform must include a wide range of course content that aligns with current Irish legislation and regulatory standards. It should provide both mandatory and diverse additional courses suitable for various business units. The solution will support approximately 900 users annually, including about 15 administrator-level users who will oversee the system. This opportunity is suited to vendors with a robust catalog of compliant course offerings and experience in delivering SaaS-based learning management systems.
