EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction Project 765-24-700 Great Lakes Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Hine

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, is seeking proposals for infrastructure upgrades at the Great Lakes Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Hines, Illinois, to support the implementation of the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) system. This design–bid–build construction project, identified as #765-24-700, will involve comprehensive facility upgrades in alignment with VA OEHRM Site Infrastructure requirements.

Key components of the project scope include electrical infrastructure upgrades, improvements to server and telecommunications rooms, relocation of servers, enhancement of communications infrastructure, and the upgrade of the fiber backbone from the DEMARC room to telecommunications rooms and enclosures in accordance with OIT standards. The applicable NAICS code is 236220, with a size standard of $45.0 million. The period of performance is anticipated to be approximately 426 calendar days following the notice to proceed.
