A healthcare organization is seeking a vendor to provide EHR privacy monitoring software specifically for the Epic electronic health record system. The required solution should enable automated, real-time monitoring of all Epic access events, utilizing both rules-based and machine learning approaches to detect unauthorized or anomalous access. The software should feature a centralized compliance dashboard that offers alerts and risk scoring to facilitate proactive privacy management.
Responsibilities include configuring, testing, and validating Epic interface integrations; developing detection models and custom rulesets; and building a tailored compliance dashboard.
