DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a vendor to develop educational videos and related materials that present information in plain language, accessible to individuals with a fourth-grade reading level. The project includes producing both animated and live-presenter videos on designated topics, supporting script development, and collaborating with court personnel to ensure content accuracy and clarity.

Videos should be short, approximately one minute each, to facilitate easy sharing via social media platforms. The vendor must be capable of delivering content in languages beyond English—specifically Spanish, Dine, Arabic, and Thai—and ensuring seamless integration with the agency’s existing digital infrastructure. Consistency in visual style with the agency’s current media is required for all produced content.

Additionally, the offeror should create supplementary materials—such as one-page information sheets, posters, and text summaries of videos—using the established visual style. The goal is to make information widely accessible to the public across multiple formats.
