DESCRIPTION

A Minnesota agency is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based (SaaS) placement management system that supports the complete lifecycle of student experiential learning. The software must facilitate the management of field experiences, student teaching, practica, internships, and other supervised placements, offering tools to track student progress from onboarding through final evaluation.

The system should streamline complex placement processes, enable communication and notifications between students, faculty, site supervisors, and partners, and provide relationship management features. Key requirements include robust capabilities for accreditation documentation—such as tracking competencies, managing evidence submissions, maintaining compliance records, and delivering audit-ready reporting—and strong, configurable tools for reporting and analytics. Administrative staff should be able to manage and configure workflows, forms, and data fields easily without programming knowledge or reliance on internal IT.

Compatibility with all major operating systems, modern web browsers, and mobile devices is mandatory. The contract will last for one year. All questions regarding the proposal must be submitted by March 24, 2026.
