Education and Training Event Support Service

The contractor is required to provide comprehensive support for an education and training event by delivering a fully functional mobile application that will serve as the event's digital guidebook. This includes responsibility for ongoing updates, maintenance, and technical support for the app throughout the duration of the event.

Additionally, the contractor must prepare a no-cost technical approach covering the planning, organization, marketing, and execution of the agency’s event. Within 30 days of being awarded the contract or upon notice to proceed, the contractor is to propose three potential venues for consideration and coordinate securing one auditorium capable of seating up to 1,700 attendees. The auditorium must be equipped with necessary staging, a podium, microphones, and presentation screens. Four standalone microphones will be made available for audience questions, and bottled water will be provided for keynote speakers.

The event requires additional audio-visual rooms, up to a total of 18, to be facilitated as needed. The contractor will also manage the pre-event distribution of badges and provide all event-related signage.
