The scope of work also involves spatial-economic mapping of strategic growth zones using multi-factor analysis, culminating in GIS layers and relevant economic data.

Additionally, the vendor will create a business case for both public and private investment, positioning Cork City as an attractive destination to live, work, invest, study, and visit. An actionable roadmap will be delivered, detailing governance structures, delivery methods, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure effective implementation of the strategy. The contract period will be for one year.
