DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Spokane Valley, Washington seeks a vendor to conduct a comprehensive economic impact study related to potential and recommended capital improvements. The study will focus on promoting a positive economic environment for local businesses and will quantify the anticipated effects of these improvements on auto dealer sales, service revenue, employment, and city tax revenues.
