The organization is seeking a vendor to provide an economic development systems integration solution. The selected vendor will be responsible for reviewing, designing, and supporting the implementation of a standardized intake-to-decision process for investment attraction and foreign direct investment (FDI) throughout the organization.
The project aims to establish a documented and repeatable investment attraction process, improve cross-departmental collaboration, strengthen alignment at the senior leadership level, enhance internal workflows and reporting mechanisms, and define functional requirements for systems that manage and track investment opportunities. All vendor questions must be submitted by April 2, 2026.
