DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will deliver comprehensive economic development strategy services. The scope includes project initiation and governance setup, economic data and baseline analysis, as well as extensive consultation with business owners, stakeholders, the public, and municipal council or staff. The vendor is tasked with identifying and prioritizing economic development opportunities, creating a draft strategy with an implementation framework, and developing performance measures and outcome metrics.

Key project deliverables consist of an economic baseline analysis, a summary of insights gained from consultations and surveys, a draft economic development strategy, a presentation slide deck for council, and a final economic development strategy document.
