DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive economic development strategic plan for the specified county in Nevada. This plan will include identification, analysis, and design of actionable strategies to foster economic growth. The provider will assess the county's strengths and weaknesses relevant to economic development, benchmark and develop incentive programs, and identify opportunities to support competitive business ecosystems.
The scope of services also includes the creation of a strategic vision, mission, and goals, as well as actionable strategic policies. The contractor will deliver training to elected and senior leadership, assist in the development of internal presentations, and evaluate current website and dashboard tools for effectiveness. The contract will be for a duration of one year, with emphasis on measurable outcomes and community engagement.
