Additional responsibilities involve coordinating infrastructure and utility planning, recommending complementary economic development strategies, and supporting digital outreach. This includes creating a dedicated website to market development opportunities, producing conceptual development renderings, and preparing real estate listings with related services. The vendor will also be responsible for developing and executing digital media campaigns to attract prospective investors or businesses, as well as compiling prospect lists and designing strategic outreach initiatives.
