A higher education institution is seeking a vendor to provide an all-in-one ecommerce and payment processing solution to handle non-tuition related charges. The desired solution must offer both a payment gateway and processor, enabling students, parents, and third parties to view bills and pay online using credit cards, debit cards, or e-checks. Support for mobile payments and secure processing in compliance with SOC 2 and PCI standards is required.
The platform must provide real-time integration with Workday ERP and an interface with Slate, along with API capabilities to support other integrations. Multi-campus support is essential, including campus-specific workflows, role-based access for staff, and both campus-level and consolidated reporting. Payment categories include, but are not limited to, room and equipment rentals, lease and utility payments, testing services, retail and supply sales, event tickets, conferencing, clinic charges, childcare tuition, recreation fees, donations, and student club funds.
