The selected vendor will be responsible for managing defect resolution, providing technical support, and performing the installation of software patches and upgrades for the eCAMS platform.
In addition to ongoing maintenance, the role involves fulfilling change requests, which may include updates to business rules, code modifications, integration with third-party interfaces, and the implementation of new healthcare program offerings.
