The objective is to identify commercially available solutions suitable for managing and overseeing case data for approximately 2,500 users across state and local agencies.
Vendors are expected to demonstrate proven methodologies for migrating legacy data with minimal service disruption, and to provide systems with real-time, role-based access, supporting interoperability and secure data exchange with both internal systems and local provider agencies. Platforms should enable efficient case management, monitoring, and compliance oversight, while remaining scalable and sustainable to accommodate evolving federal and state requirements. Questions related to this RFI must be submitted by March 16, 2026.
