DESCRIPTION

The government authority in New Orleans, Louisiana, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive E-rate provider services. The required solution must ensure 100% internet service availability and accommodate both VOIP traffic and cloud computing needs. The selected provider should offer committed bandwidth rates that may be adjusted based on request, as well as burstable speeds to handle fluctuating demand.

DDoS protection is to be included as a standard component of the internet service. The solution requires a /28 IP address block and should support connection speeds of 2GB, 5GB, or 10GB at the Central Office located at 2401 West Bend Parkway. Options for both MAN and WAN connections are required.

Vendors interested in bidding must be capable of meeting all technical and operational requirements, and will have opportunities to engage during the pre-bid meeting and Q&A period prior to the proposal deadline.
