DESCRIPTION
The government authority in New Orleans, Louisiana is seeking proposals from vendors to provide E-Rate network access services, as well as continued support for technology equipment, software, and related services. The provider must deliver consistent bandwidth on an ongoing basis, with the ability to adjust the committed rate (such as 2GB, 5GB, or 10GB at the Central Office location at 2401 Westbend Pkwy) upon request.
The selected vendor must accommodate VOIP traffic and cloud computing needs, ensure 100% availability and uptime, and offer burstable speeds. Both MAN and WAN connection options are required. The provider must also demonstrate the capacity to offer reliable 24/7 technical support.
