DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide E-Rate consultant services to a government authority located in Kansas, Missouri. Key responsibilities include managing all documentation related to the E-Rate program’s payment and reimbursement processes, assisting the library with E-Rate related audits, and monitoring and maintaining E-Rate records.

The consultant will also track Federal Communications Commission (FCC) decisions that impact the E-Rate program, advocate for the program with congressional leaders, and conduct regular meetings with the library to offer ongoing advice and support regarding all aspects of the E-Rate program. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted by April 10, 2026.
