DESCRIPTION
An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive e-learning support for a learning platform, with a particular focus on Learning Management System (LMS) customization, content creation, and ongoing technical and instructional design assistance. The scope of work includes designing and developing e-learning content, customizing and managing the LMS (specifically Moodle), and integrating the platform with custom systems such as a worker portal and app, to ensure seamless delivery and user experience.
Vendors are expected to apply best practices in instructional design, learning theory, and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) to create intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly digital learning solutions. Responsibilities also involve staying abreast of current trends in digital learning technologies and AI assistive tools to foster ongoing innovation. Regular expert evaluation of e-learning materials and formal content reviews are required to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Additional services include the development of custom plug-ins and unique e-learning solutions, creating and managing data tracking and reporting systems to measure content and course performance, and acting upon collected feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement. Advising on desktop and app navigation, as well as the visual and functional aspects of the LMS interface, is also integral to this engagement.
