DESCRIPTION
The university is seeking a vendor to provide an e-learning content solution that is compatible with both university workstations and mobile devices including Apple, Microsoft, Android, and other operating systems. The platform should feature engaging content such as short videos, quizzes, text messaging, and other tools designed for learning reinforcement in sessions of five minutes or less. In addition, the solution must offer AI simulations and interactive training opportunities.
The platform should support Single-Sign-On (SSO) to ensure seamless access without the need for supplementary passwords or third-party credentials. It must allow administrators to assign courses to individuals and cohorts based on job family, unit, or role, and provide access to a dynamic course library with automatic updates. Technical support for system access, device compatibility, and login issues is also required. Deep-link launches from internal sites authenticated via SSO must be supported.
