The issuer is seeking a vendor to provide licenses for eGain Enterprise Knowledge Management Software, along with comprehensive software maintenance and support services. Maintenance must include the provision of regular software upgrades, updates, enhancements, and corrections in line with what is commercially available.
Vendors must deliver 24/7/365 technical support, encompassing enhanced self-help features, search capabilities, and live issue resolution services. The required solution should be cloud-hosted and managed by a third-party provider, with access given to users via a secure internet connection such as a web browser interface or Site-to-Site VPN.
Additionally, the vendor must provide eGain Premier Support, which addresses troubleshooting for end-to-end system problems, collection and analysis of proprietary log data, and all associated diagnostic requirements. The proposed contract period is for one year.
