The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC, IHD) has issued a Notice of Intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to Mettler-Toledo AutoChem for a 3-year DynoChem System Scale-Up Software Suite.
