The agency is seeking a vendor to provide migration support from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365, including portal development and train-the-trainer services. This engagement will involve post-live support and strategic hand-off assistance, focusing on system configuration, architecture, integration design, and connection specifications. The vendor will deliver ad-hoc support and training as needed.
A key requirement is the development of a fully functional, Dynamics 365-integrated Grant Portal using Microsoft Power Pages or equivalent Microsoft-native tools. The agency's staff must be trained to independently create, modify, and manage portal functionality, including supporting multi-file upload for attachments and supplemental materials. Training will also cover portal administration, form logic configuration, workflow automation, and Dynamics 365 data integration.
Additionally, the vendor is expected to build a custom Site Selection Portal to facilitate external submission of site-related information, manage agency review processes end-to-end, and support features like external application submission, invitation management, collaborative review tools, and reporting. Services may be performed through fixed price Work Order Authorizations outlining contractor goals, schedule, and costs.
