DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide dynamic message sign retrofit services for an existing infrastructure. The project encompasses a range of tasks, including the provision of informational project signage, mobilization, and the implementation of comprehensive traffic control measures during the retrofit process.

Key responsibilities include the removal and salvaging of existing dynamic message signs and associated DMS control cables from current cantilever poles and conduits. The selected vendor will furnish and install new dynamic message signs on the existing cantilever poles, as well as remove, salvage, and replace Ethernet switches as necessary. All power connections must be completed and verified.

The scope also requires integration and acceptance testing of all installed systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with project requirements.
