The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is conducting market research to identify capable vendors for Dynamic Frequency Comb Applications support services. This potential requirement may result in a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Fixed Price contract, with an estimated total value of up to $7.5 million over five years, as detailed in the associated Performance Work Statement (PWS).
NIST seeks information from firms able to deliver support for Dynamic Frequency Comb Applications, in accordance with custom computer programming services (NAICS 541511). Interested companies are invited to submit a capability statement demonstrating relevant experience and qualifications, particularly with similar projects and performance requirements as noted in the PWS. This market research will also assess the possibility of a small business set-aside for the subsequent procurement.
Responses should include company profile information, verification of small business status (if applicable), relevant past performance, and other elements requested by NIST to assist in refining the acquisition strategy.
