The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a broad range of horizontal facility construction services, including paving, asphalt, and concrete projects such as airfield and roadway pavements. The contract scope covers construction and repair of surfaced areas including paved and unpaved roadways, parking areas, sidewalks, curbs, vehicle storage and staging yards, maintenance yards, supply yards, and bridges.
The work also involves relocation and repair of utility distribution systems, including exterior water and sewer piping systems affected by construction activities. For airfield pavements, the contractor will be expected to conduct construction and repairs as designated by reports, specifications, or as identified by Directorate of Public Works inspectors, while ensuring operational continuity of the airfield. All work must comply with applicable laws and regulations and be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), contract specifications, and government instructions.
