The State of Minnesota is seeking a technology solution designed to support services for dual status youth—individuals involved in both the juvenile justice and child welfare systems. The required system must enable secure data sharing and workflow integration across multiple agencies while adhering to Minnesota Statutes regarding data privacy and sharing.
Key system features should include robust role-based security settings, integrated workflows for service coordination, and advanced data matching to facilitate early identification and reconciliation of dual status youth cases. The solution should allow data encryption, creation of forms or templates for capturing information not currently stored in existing case management systems, and efficient reporting capabilities.
Additionally, the system is expected to provide a centralized data repository for entering, storing, and managing documents, images, and data elements not captured elsewhere. It must support data imports to minimize duplicate entry and offer comprehensive reporting and dashboard functions to track and support program effectiveness.
