DESCRIPTION
The City in Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive drone show services for a new event scheduled for winter 2026. The contractor will be responsible for concept development and creating a show storyboard that incorporates images approved by the city.
Following storyboard approval, the contractor must handle all aspects of production design and animation, ensuring the final program aligns with the proposed concept. The show will feature a minimum of 500 drones, requiring significant coordination and technical expertise. Drone pilots' names, alongside their licenses and certifications, must be submitted no later than 90 days before the event.
Certified drone operators are required to be onsite at each display location. The contract is set for a period of one year.
