DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide large-scale outdoor evening drone show production services for municipal public events. Vendors will be responsible for setting up and performing custom drone shows on dates, times, and locations coordinated with the agency. Shows must accommodate audiences at a municipal scale and be suitable for large crowds.

Vendors are required to offer pricing or pricing ranges for shows utilizing 250, 500, 750, or 1,000 drones, or to specify available show lengths in the 15 to 25-minute range. Additional per-minute pricing should be included for shows requiring extended durations. Pricing should also be provided for smaller shows, optional special effects, and larger municipal-scale presentations. All aspects of production, including delivery, storage, setup, and clean-up of all drone materials and related equipment, will be the vendor’s responsibility.

The scope further includes providing show choreography, a music soundtrack, and all necessary equipment for the performance. Vendors must give the agency at least 30 calendar days' notice prior to the scheduled show and ensure adequate access to the staging site for setup and removal. The contract awarded will be for a period of one year.
