Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
This RFP seeks qualified vendors to provide drone show production services, including the setup and performance of a custom drone show at a date, time, and location coordinated with the community relations division. Vendors are required to supply complete pricing or ranges for shows featuring 250, 500, 750, or 1,000 drones, or for available show durations within the 15–25 minute range. Per-minute pricing should also be provided in case shows require extended time beyond the standard duration.
Pricing should include options for smaller shows, additional special effects, and large municipal-scale shows, as well as distinctions between daytime and nighttime programming. Vendors should also provide pricing for specific imagery (such as logos) and music soundtracks, if these are offered as additional services. Services must encompass all necessary equipment, event production from the agreed staging site, and the choreography plus music soundtrack of the performance. The selected contract period will be for one year, and all vendor questions must be submitted no later than March 25, 2026.
