A vendor is sought to provide a turnkey drone light show equipped with pyrotechnics for public entertainment during the annual Draper Days celebration. The drone light show should feature a coordinated aerial display using unmanned aerial vehicles outfitted with synchronized lighting technology, creating compelling visual effects, animations, and integrated pyrotechnic elements.
The scope includes full responsibility for event planning, show choreography, equipment provision, operations management, safety, permitting, and all post-event services to ensure a seamless and professional performance. The provider must utilize GPS-synchronized flight systems with redundancy, fail-safes, and real-time monitoring.
Services must also include all on-site operations such as drone launching, flight control, live monitoring, and recovery, in addition to equipment setup to guarantee full operational readiness for the event.
