DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide drone light show services, including the creation and production of a new drone event at Mount Park. The event will culminate with a drone display, showcasing a minimum of 500 drones as part of the production.

Services required include concept development and storyboard creation, production of show programming and animation, and the final delivery of the production. The contractor is responsible for all aspects of show development and execution. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 21, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by April 27, 2026. The contract will be valid for a one-year period.
