DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Concord, New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to provide driving simulator services. The simulator must operate with physical realism, accurately replicating the interior of a motor vehicle, including dashboard, gauges, seat positioning, steering controls, throttle controls, gear shifting, and exterior lighting controls. User inputs should be reflected in a manner consistent with real vehicle operation.
The simulator should be capable of running scenarios without internet connectivity, although internet access will be permitted for software installations and updates. The project also requires the provision of written certification confirming the completion and readiness of non-software deliverables, such as test plans.
The selected contractor will be responsible for managing project execution, providing necessary tools for project planning and task management, scheduling project staff, tracking issues, managing evolving requirements, maintaining effective team communications, and delivering project status reports.
