A government authority in Casper, Wyoming is seeking consulting services to provide an independent review, opinion, and recommendations related to a 2026 drainage study. The selected consultant is expected to have expertise in overland storm drainage, piped storm sewer systems, stormwater management plans, and peer review of stormwater studies.
The scope of work includes conducting at least one site visit to collect photographs and obtain any necessary field data. The consultant will prepare a full inventory of existing and proposed stormwater infrastructure located upstream, within, and downstream of the study area.
Additional responsibilities include performing a comprehensive review of the 2026 Drainage Study, collecting and evaluating all relevant project information, and completing hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the typical flow paths, whether piped systems or open channels, within the basin affecting the area. The consultant must also prepare a draft technical memorandum summarizing the work performed across all tasks. The anticipated contract term is one year.
