DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to install upgrades to its current electronic message system and to furnish and install a new double-sided LED electronic message center (EMC) sign. The selected vendor will utilize the existing framework and structural cabinet for the installation if feasible, while ensuring that the header of the display cabinet, including the logo and text, remains unchanged.
