Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive donor management solution designed to streamline and enhance donation tracking, reporting, and data integration processes. The required system must facilitate robust donation capture and management, supporting record keeping, receipt generation, and the ability to store and retrieve information on all donations, including one-time and recurring gifts, as well as grants.
The platform should include features to foster enhanced donor relationships, such as segmentation by donor type, giving history, and donor preferences, allowing for personalized communications and stewardship strategies tailored to individual, major, or corporate donors, and those interested in specific programs. Advanced tracking and reporting capabilities are essential, including the ability to generate donation history reports, analyze average giving by audience, track campaign performance, and assess donor retention rates over time to support data-driven fundraising decisions.
Additionally, the solution must offer user-friendly data exporting and importing tools, compatible with widely-used file formats to ensure seamless data management. Interested vendors are required to submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than November 20, 2025.
