DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide comprehensive public relations services aimed at generating publicity and shaping a positive public perception across the United States and Canada. The selected firm will develop creative, attention-grabbing concepts and offer strategic guidance to quickly adapt to evolving travel trends, industry developments, and real-time opportunities within the U.S. and Canadian media landscapes.
Responsibilities include pitching seasonal story angles, developing trend-driven features, managing reputation and crisis communications, and ensuring consistent brand-aligned messaging and social media ambassadorship. The agency will facilitate one-on-one media and content creator appointments for staff when traveling to key markets, and coordinate media or content creator visits to the destination through themed group visits or targeted individual meetings tailored to journalists' specific interests.
