DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive document review platform with associated project management and implementation support services. The selected company will be responsible for developing an implementation plan covering all aspects of project management, including risk, action, issue, and decision (RAID) logging and mitigation, effective team communications, and thorough go-live planning.
The platform aims to enhance efficiency in document review processes and improve communication between agency and institutional users. The scope includes ongoing managed services such as hosting, storage, help desk and technical support, system upgrades, and more. Additional requirements include a dashboard for tracking application reviews and workflow statuses, potential integration with external project management tools, collection and management of application and attestation data with file attachments, and migration of data from the current system.
The contract will span three years, with all vendor questions to be submitted by March 27, 2026.
