DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide districtwide community awareness services over a three-year contract period. Responsibilities include contract administration, management services, and comprehensive reviews of all work associated with the contract. The vendor will be responsible for developing and reviewing a community awareness plan, as well as identifying stakeholders and participants, including public officials and other key community members.

Additional requirements are to support department staff by providing transportation design technical expertise and lead the development and execution of effective community engagement and awareness campaigns with minimal direction. The vendor must be able to produce videos and both voiced and unvoiced presentations, prepare clear and visually appealing project displays and exhibits, and offer services such as media conversion, electronic and desktop publishing.

Printing services will be needed for items including property owner mailings, meeting exhibits and signage, name tags, sign-in sheets, comment forms, and speaker cards. All questions must be submitted by May 13, 2026.
