The government authority in Santa Ana, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive district wide linen services. The scope of work includes furnishing, delivery, laundering, inventory management, and regular weekly pickup of custodial microfiber towels, dust mop heads, and nutrition services terry cloth towels and aprons.
The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying all towels, mop heads, and aprons as required, with weekly delivery of clean items and pickup of soiled ones. The services should include commercial laundering and sanitization, inventory management and replenishment, and replacement of worn, damaged, or unusable items. Transportation, labor, and logistics coordination for the operation are also part of the contract's requirements. The initial contract period is three years.
