The district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive audio-visual event services across multiple school campuses. Responsibilities include setting up and operating appropriate audio systems for each venue size, ensuring redundancy with microphones at each podium, and digitally mixing and tuning audio for optimal live performance as well as a separate feed for livestreaming.
The selected provider must also supply quiet generators or equivalent backup power solutions for venues where access to outlets or breaker panels is limited. Video requirements involve deploying HD cameras at stage eye level to capture both close-ups and wide shots, operating a live video switch to enable dynamic camera cuts, and integrating feeds with school digital video boards when applicable.
Additional responsibilities are to set up an interface for livestreaming events to the school's Facebook page using both the school's network and mobile Hotspot/MiFi units, provide multiple technicians to support simultaneous events, and ensure weather contingencies with tents or coverings for equipment and flexible scheduling. The vendor should be prepared to provide any other audio-visual event services as needed.
