DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide and host electronic filing software tailored for managing tobacco manufacturer certifications and wholesaler report submissions. The proposed system must accept submissions from participating manufacturers through a secure, web-based interface, allow the agency to edit and maintain a directory of certified tobacco product manufacturers, and process updates regarding changes in other jurisdictions' tobacco directories.
Key requirements include the ability for the software to notify mandatory reporters and the agency if required reports are not filed on time, as well as tools for the agency to create, update, and bulk-download data from system submissions and directories. The platform must ensure user-friendly access for all stakeholders, with mandatory use for participating manufacturers and all licensed wholesalers.
