DESCRIPTION

This request for information seeks vendors to provide comprehensive diplomatic platform support services. Key areas include program management, encompassing governance and compliance oversight, task order management and reporting, budget planning and cost control, scheduling and resource allocation, quality assurance, performance monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Additionally, life support operations are required such as temporary housing and camp setup, dining and catering services, potable water supply and purification, management of solid and wastewater, laundry, sanitation, fuel management, facilities cleaning, and janitorial services.
