The City of Virginia seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive digital wayfinding signage service. The scope of work includes the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of five digital wayfinding signage kiosks. The selected vendor will be responsible for every stage of the project from implementation through operation, including ongoing maintenance, equipment replacement, and repairs as needed.
The service must include providing and managing all necessary fiber, Cat6, and power connectivity lines, and delivering specifications for any additional work required by other parties. Additionally, the vendor must supply a maintenance plan to ensure that all equipment, hardware, software, firmware, network connectivity, and power sources are consistently functional, current, and modernized. A unified, cloud-hosted management platform must be implemented for real-time kiosk monitoring and to enable the city to update content on the kiosks as needed.
